We finally done it, iKeePass now is in the Apple AppStore, due the BIS export restrictions only in the USA and Canada AppStore. Now we will work to get the BIS status to get the app in alle AppStores. As you can see, I followed many suggestions of you and put a price of 1$ on the app. We will discuss this in a few days again.
Source code will be published at github here in a few days when I´m finished with some code cleanups.
Can someone please confirm that this is the correct link to the AppStore for iKeePass, due I don´t have a USA itunes account?

@Everyone else,…The simple Windows http server http://www.rejetto.com/hfs/ is open-source and affiliated with SourceForge. It works well.
This is not fit for an apple app. All prides itself in being seamless and usable right out of the box. I can’t believe the hoops you need to jump through to get a read only version of this thing. Waste of 99cents. Don’t bother updating it…I will send my next funding somewhere else.

I’ve been checking iKeePass availability in Hong Kong app store. Please please please make it available!
I, too, keep getting a corrupted database message. So I created a brand new .kdb databse with only 1 entry in it and saved it, then placed it on a remote server. iKeepass downloaded it but could not open it; file is corrupted message appears when placing the password in. This is after trying the repair methods suggested.
Can anyone help with this? Seems to be a common issue.

“Databasefile is corrupted!” error message will always happen for me when I try and use my website via http. I see some people have found that http://www.getdropbox.com worked for them. I just found another method that works; the FTP URL format:
ftp://:@
If I used this format in the URL field instead of http:///, it works. I no longer get the “Databasefile is corrupted!” error.
This is ironic, because I have to show my FTP user id and password in clear text on the first page of iKeepass.

Jay is 100% correct. This iKeePass app is not worth 99 cents, but I’m happy to donate to the cause. Perhaps a future version will fix all these problems.
I see in my posted note that the ftp notation got garbled because of the use of greater than and lesser than characters.

Good job but My Accout is Japanese version and can’t change my account to USA one because of Credit card….
I know that BIS problem is so conflict. I can say nothing to that problem while I have no idea about BIS problem but as you know a lot of people in other country want YOUR APPLICATION!!! Do your best!
